- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I had gone to the surgery as I believe I had fractured my foot and asked if I could see a doctor, I was told that they had no appointment place, I asked if there were any evening appointments coming up and was told no you will have to go to a walk in center elsewhere, I had walked to the surgery in pain and now I have to make my way to a walk in center doing possible more damage, I was not asked what pain level I had or when next a doctor would be available, I have two chronic conditions whereas having a possible fracture can make things even more difficult for me.
Sometimes at this surgery you are very good and sometimes very poor.
I am very disappointed by the receptionists lack of information and general concern,By Admin, September 10, 2017
