I needed replacement batteries for Mums GoGo Elite scooter, which I bought at this outlet. After an initial chat on the phone, I called in about 20 minutes before the store was due to close and in spite of the time, the batteries were replaced, advice given and the battery case packed away for me in the boot of my car. It was because of the way Mum and I were treated on the day we bought the scooter that I decided to return - I was delighted with the service I received this afternoon and would highly recommend the store.
