IMPORTANT !! please be aware, do not buy a car or have a mot from Aylsham Road Affordable Cars(Norwich)or Kirby Autos (from the same address) If you have a purchase agreement, in my case they agreed to do all the work that it needed and therefore offering a clean 12 months mot, make sure that you have it all in writing and that the work is ACTUALLY done.If you are unfortunate enough to have bought a car from them, get an independent garage to check it over and make out a report, as i did,( as it started going wrong within days of purchase) they verify that the work wasnt done,despite the car having a new clean mot as promised,the jobs were still there,they had just wiped them off the mot, the mot was done by Kirby Autos. They were given the opportunity to put everything right,even though 3 jobs were done the vehicle was still not fit for purpose, but then refused and denied all responsibility and attempted to shift the blame for this on the distance i apparently travel to work each day. I have taken the matter legally, they have been offered mediation, but they have even refused that. They are not to be trusted, please share this review on social media,so that all would be customers take a wide swerve of these companies.
