Incompetent didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing , advised us to buy new tiles cos he couldn’t lay the ones we bought. Turns out just had to tile on to hardy backer boards to give it some strength , he’d never heard of them so it didn’t install a lot of confidence in him. When he gave us the bill he’d added an extra £300 on top. Charged us £200 to screw the boards to wall which he’d not heard of the previous week. Top corner tile has a chip off the end too. Just overall bad communication very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Avoid.
