  I visited the practice following a year of neck problems. I was seen by the owner Dr Jonathan Wilson, and he assured me he would fix me. I had a consultation (£120) and several sessions which totalled over £400. In each session I was told to lay down, my head was moved (cracked) one way and then the other. I asked if the sound was just popping the air pockets in my neck - no response. My problem was that each session costing £40 was literally 3 minutes long. I was told to lie on the bed, neck moved and he was out of the room before I could sit up. I didnt feel there was any benefit to this and was given no explanation why it was happening. I asked the 2 ladies on reception (one his wife) if this was normal. They said I should address my concerns to him. I found Dr Jonathan Wilson quite self obsessed, talking about himself and never asking how I, the patient was feeling. One day he moved the bed up and down as part of the procedure and the next day I had sciatica. I struggled to the next session in extreme pain and explained to him what I thought had happened. He just told me to get onto the bed, moved my neck again and left the room within the 3 minutes. I felt distraught that I had been used and not listened to and my neck was no better - that was my last session and felt disgusted by his behaviour. Hopefully he doesnt treat others this way. I spent hundreds of pounds that I couldnt afford to learn a very expensive lesson. This means hes earning about £740 per hour, I consider him to be unethical and not following a duty of care to his patients.
