- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had double glazing installed 20 years ago. Two weeks ago a person from D&T rang to see if we wanted it replaced. I told him there was illness in this house, not to phone again, and if we wanted anything we would ring them. Today they rang again!!!! Insisted in being put through to someone in charge. Johnathon Falgate said he was in charge with others, and refused to give me their names. Absolutely didnt care that we had been customers in the past, and so lost approx £15-20,000 business.
