I found Auto Aid a few years back when Id been taken for a bit of ride at another garage elsewhere in town, They sorted me out (on an MOT failure which wasnt really a failure!). Ive stayed with Auto Aid ever since because Bob and his team are thoroughly professional, they take pride in what they do and they do it well. Theyve often helped me at with odd items at no extra charge and always give good advice, and they always go to the trouble to explain what needs doing, when it needs doing. I live on the diagonally opposite side of town and there are plenty of other garages I could go to that might be easier to get to and from, but Ill keep going to Auto Aid because they demonstrate a high standard of service, reliability, friendliness and trustworthiness that is very hard to beat, probably impossible, to beat. Ill stick with them!
